One bag, slow-roasted by a small roaster who cares more about the bean than the volume. We picked this coffee specifically because it makes a slow morning feel like a real one — not because the bag photographs well.

12oz whole bean. Single-origin Latin American. Roasted close to shipping and sent in a kraft bag with a one-way valve to keep the beans fresh until you open it.

What you're getting

  • 12oz whole bean coffee from our partner roastery
  • Roasted-on date stamped on every bag — the actual roast date, not "best by"
  • Brewing notes for pour-over, French press, and espresso

How fresh

Best within 30 days of the roast date stamped on the bag — coffee peaks 7–14 days post-roast, so plan to drink it that month.

Arrival Guarantee

If your coffee arrives damaged or stale, email hello@sipnsuc.com within 72 hours with a photo and your order number. Replacement or full refund — your choice — within 2 business days. We ship Monday and Tuesday.

Quick FAQ

Why whole bean only? Pre-ground coffee loses flavor in 24 hours; whole bean holds for 30 days. Hand-grinder or burr grinder works fine.

Light, medium, or dark roast? Medium. Smooth body, balanced acidity, no burnt notes.

Who roasts it? We'll name the roastery on the bag and here as soon as the partnership is signed. Until then we're not going to claim a certification we can't show you the paperwork for.
