Where we ship

All 50 U.S. states. International shipping is coming Year 2.

 

Shipping rates

Standard shipping (3–7 business days): $7 flat rate. Free on orders over $75. Expedited shipping available at checkout for an additional charge.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Coffee orders are roasted to order — we ship the same week your bag is roasted.

 

Live plant shipping

Live succulents are packed with desiccant and recyclable foam to handle 7–10 day transit. We do not ship live plants on Fridays to avoid weekend warehouse layovers. If your plant arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery to hello@sipnsuc.com and we'll replace it free.

 

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't receive it within 4 business days of ordering, email hello@sipnsuc.com.

 

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email hello@sipnsuc.com and we'll work with the carrier to file a claim.
