12oz whole bean. Single-origin Latin American blend. Roasted within 5 days of shipping, sent in a kraft bag with a one-way valve to keep the beans fresh until you open it.

How fresh

Roasted within 5 days of shipping. Best within 30 days of the roast date stamped on the bag — coffee peaks 7–14 days post-roast, so plan to drink it that month.

Replacement promise

If your coffee arrives damaged or stale, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund within 2 business days. We ship Monday through Wednesday.

Quick FAQ

Why whole bean only? Pre-ground coffee loses flavor in 24 hours; whole bean holds for 30 days. Hand-grinder or burr grinder works fine.

Light, medium, or dark roast? Medium. Smooth body, balanced acidity, no burnt notes.
