When are you launching?
Mid-July 2026. Join the waitlist for first access. We cap the first month's orders so we don't break our own propagation schedule — waitlist members go first.
What does the waitlist gift include?
A copy of The 7-Plant Apartment Survival Guide (free PDF — the seven plants that survived our RV winters), plus a little something at launch.
How fresh is the coffee?
Roasted within 5 days of shipping, with the actual roast date stamped on every bag. Coffee peaks 7–14 days after roast — so plan to drink it that month. Whole bean only (pre-ground loses flavor in 24 hours).
How do I care for a succulent if I've killed every plant I've owned?
Start with our Single Succulent (Echeveria 'Lola', Haworthia fasciata, or Sedum 'Burrito'). Water once every 7–10 days, only when the soil is bone-dry. Bright indirect light. Most succulents die from overwatering — when in doubt, wait another day.
What if my plant arrives damaged or dies?
100% Live Arrival Guaranteed. Email hello@sipnsuc.com within 24 hours with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund within 2 business days. No questions asked.
When do you ship?
Monday through Wednesday only, USPS Priority Mail in most cases. Plants don't ship on Thursday or Friday — they'd sit in a warehouse over the weekend, which we won't risk. Heat packs included November through March.
Returns?
For non-living items (coffee, matcha, ceramics): unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Damaged on arrival: photo + email within 24 hours and we replace it. We don't have a returns address yet because we ARE the returns address — write to us.
Where is the coffee from?
A small fair-trade roaster — single-origin Latin American whole bean. Final partner details printed on the bag at launch. We'll publish the supply chain on our blog when we go live.
Where is the matcha from?
A small Japanese farm partner — first-harvest tencha, ceremonial grade, stone-ground in small batches. Same transparency: printed on the tin at launch.
Are the ceramics dishwasher safe?
Yes. Microwave + dishwasher safe up to 350°F. Stoneware is durable but not indestructible — if yours arrives chipped, photo + email within 24 hours.
Sip Box subscription — when?
Standard tier opens at launch (mid-July 2026). Premium tier opens Phase 2, about 90 days after launch. First 100 founding members lock $99/mo for 12 months — waitlist gets first access.
Bonsai?
Coming. We've been growing five trees by hand for the past two to five years. We'll be opening a small starter-bonsai line through our drop-ship partner mid-launch, and our hand-grown specimen pieces (the five) will be available Year 2. See The Grove for the slow story.
Wholesale or B2B inquiries?
