Plant Guarantee

We propagate and pack every plant ourselves. We've also lost plants in shipping ourselves. Here's how we handle it.

100% Live Arrival Guaranteed

If your plant arrives damaged or doesn't survive the trip, email us within 24 hours with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund within 2 business days — no questions asked.

What's covered:

  • Plants that arrive crushed, broken, or visibly damaged in transit
  • Plants that don't survive the first 30 days from the day of delivery
  • Heat or cold damage despite our heat-pack protocol (Nov–Mar)

What we'll do:

  • Replacement plant shipped within 2 business days (next available Mon–Wed window)
  • OR full refund to the original payment method, your choice
  • Either resolution within 2 business days from the time you email us

What we need from you:

  • Email hello@sipnsuc.com within 24 hours of delivery (for arrival damage) or within 30 days of delivery (for plants that don't recover)
  • Your order number (in your confirmation email)
  • A photo of the plant — not for proof, for our records, so we can flag the route or supplier

Why we ship Monday through Wednesday only

Plants in transit over the weekend sit in warehouses with no climate control and no daylight. We won't risk that. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday.

Why we include heat packs November through March

Below 45°F, succulents start to soft-rot. We pack a 72-hour heat pack with every plant order between November 1 and March 31 — no extra charge. If your tracking shows your package will hit a sub-freezing zone, we'll hold it and message you to confirm a delivery window.

What's not covered

We can't cover plants that died from underwatering, overwatering, or being placed in direct sun for weeks. The care card has the exact watering and light instructions. If your plant has stopped looking like itself within 30 days, email us first — most of the time we can talk you through saving it before we replace it.
